2009 Mourvedre - Estate
Our 100% estate Mourvedre [Moor-VAY-druh] is a medium bodied wine that has good acid balance, moderate tannins and is grown in many regions around the world. The Mourvedre grape is usually used in blended wines, which is why you rarely find it available as a single varietal. Our Mourvedre is on the lighter side, and can be enjoyed with your favorite pizza, or a cheese and cracker platter.

2009 Cabernet - Estate
This Bordeaux blend of 100% estate-grown fruit combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Aged 24 months in 40% new French Oak, and 60% neutral French Oak, it is a classic Sonoita wine. This well-rounded, medium to full-bodied wine exhibits aromas and flavors redolent of dark cherries, and violets, with just a hint of smoky oak. Pairs well with steak, hearty red sauces and aged, strong cheeses. 15.4% alc.

2009 Dolcetto
[Dohl-CHET-toe] A grape that grows in the Piedmonte (northwestern Italy) region, its name means "little sweet one", referring not to the taste of the wine, but the ease in which it grows and makes great wines, suitable for everyday drinking. Dolcetto makes a dark red wine filled with black fruit aromas. It's a wine whose low acidity and tannins make it perfect for lapping up risotto and pasta. The fruit for our 100% Dolcetto wine was sourced from Temecula CA. 15.2% alc.

2007 Afterglow
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this dessert wine is only slightly sweet. Its light style can be savored as the perfect finish to a perfect meal. It’s even better paired with dark chocolate or fudge.

2009 Primitivo - Estate
Our 100% estate-grown Primitivo (Pree-meh-TEE-voh) shows a nice balance of elegance and power. Our inaugural release is an inky dark wine, with a creamy, lush texture in the mouth. It exhibits tastes of black cherry and plum, with moderate tannins, and a slightly spicy finish. It pairs well with hearty pastas and grilled poultry. Barrel aged for 20 months in 50% new American Oak, and 50% neutral American Oak. 14.8% alc.
